The game starts out with a serve from one player on one side of the court. The serving player must successfully serve the ball over the net into the opposite side of the court. Then, the receiving player is allowed to let the ball hit the ground one time before returning the ball back to the serving opponent. Points are scored for the unsuccessful and legal return to the other side of the court.
Tennis is a European ball game called the sport of Kings. Like soccer, tennis was a game favored by the aristocracy and hence earned its moniker. Originally played either in 'real tennis' courts, the game evolved into the form we know today as more and more people began to play it on the lawn. The game features two to four players who play either in teams of two or singly in an attempt to win a series of five sets. Necessary equipment includes a racket, ball, and court.
The backhand grip should be about ninety degrees turn of the handle from what it was for a forehand grip. The hand should be on top of the handle and the knuckles of your hand should be facing up (as in pointing up). It is advisable that the natural grip is modeled around these grips for maximum output and efficient play. Do not give up your comfort but try to reach a middle path if need be.
A regulation tennis court as a few different lines on it - the tennis net goes across the very middle of the court. The closest parallel lines to the net (on either side of the net) are called the service lines. The parallel line furthest from the net is called the baseline. The two long strips on both sides of the court, perpendicular to the net are called the alleys.

Upsetting the return of your opponent is the second advantage of a perfect serve. Hit the serve from the highest position that is comfortable for the server and keep the speed varied. Do not outstretch yourself or do not try to hit it too hard to gain momentum - you do not want a fault but an ace or a serve that falls within the service court.
A really efficient way to improve the strength of the muscles around the elbow is easy curls using small weights or a can of veggies from your your pantry. Be sure you begin with smaller weights before you build the elbows strength. Do 2 or 3 sets of 10-20 curls based on the sizing of the weight. The basic curl is the forearm extending over your knee and simply raising and lowering your wrist slowly.A more advanced curl technique is to hold the weight in a vertical position and twist your wrist back and forth
