The Bowen Technique is an extremely gentle and effective method of treating back pain during pregnancy. Changes in posture experienced during pregnancy put added strain on the muscles supporting the spine. Tension in these muscles leads to stiffness and pain in the back, and can also cause compression of the nerves exiting the spine. This will affect your nervous system.
The positioning of the patient is extremely important. The sciatic nerve exits the sacrum and runs below the piriformis muscle. The Bowen move needs to be carried out at the edge of the sacrum and over the piriformis muscle. This point is the most common point of nerve compression or entrapment. By relaxing the piriformis muscle, the nerve is free from compression.
Pelvic Tilt Exercises: Pelvic tilts help to strengthen and support the low back and abdominal muscles. They can help to stabilize the spine, and are particularly helpful for lumbar back pain. To perform pelvic tilts, get down on your hands and knees. Keep your arms straight, and shoulder width apart. Keep your legs hip width apart. Tighten your abdominal muscles, pulling them upwards toward your spine while tucking your buttocks under and rounding your back, like a cat. Breathe, and then relax your back. Repeat.
Infection: This can be caused by a wound, but that's not the only way an infection could develop on your fingers. Nail biting has been known to cause serious infections and could get bad enough to require amputation. You'll probably receive antibiotics from the doctor, and anti-inflammatory medications or herbs may be useful. Willow is a good choice, but can't be used by children under eighteen. Garlic supplements and drawing agents like baking soda could be beneficial as well.

The mother during pregnancy week 22 would see her uterus nearing the belly button, being just a couple of cms. away. The belly button itself may 'pop out' and start protruding at this point, though it is a reversible process and will return to normal after delivery. The centre of gravity would have shifted, ever so slightly and stretch marks may start developing around the abdomen.
